Duty Station: Central, Northern, Western and Eastern Uganda.
About DFCU:
dfcu is a fast growing bank in Uganda offering a wide range of financial solutions to its chosen market segments. We are seeking to recruit 40 Direct Sales Representatives to support our expansion strategy.
Job Summary:
The Direct Sales Representatives will be responsible for planning and carrying out direct sales activities in order to grow customer numbers.
Key Result Areas:
-Plan and prioritize sales activities to achieve agreed business plans
-Respond to and follow up sales inquiries
-Attend and present at external customer meetings for cross selling opportunities
-Sell all bank products
-Maintain and develop existing and new customers through planned individual account support
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
-The applicant should hold a University degree attained not more than one year ago
-Ambitious and results oriented
-Very Confident
-A quick learner with a positive attitude towards change and learning
-Ability and willingness to combine a high pressure job and intensive sales
-Work experience is not a requirement.
