Duties:
• Human resource and administration policies, systems and guidelines developed and made operational
• Compensation policies and strategies developed
• Directorate strategic plans , work plans developed and implemented
• Consultancy and contractual works managed
Responsibilities:
• Develop and review human resource and administration policies , systems and procedures
• Oversee human resource planning to ensure optimum staff levels for all TASO units.
• Coordinate the development and implementation of work plans and budgets for the Human Resource and Administration Directorate Develop and update staff acquisition and retention strategies .
• Coordinate compilation of Directorate reports
Qualifications:
• Masters of Human Resource management , Master of Business Administration or
• Master of Organizational (Industrial or occupational) psychology .
