Requirements
•At minimum a Bachelor’s Degree with major in marketing , communications , public relations or equivalent degree in a related field .
•At least two to three years of experience in a financial institution, idearly in a microfinance institution in customer care, marketing and/or communications
•Strong analytical , written /verbal communication, interpersonal , and relationship building skills
•Outgoing and engaging personality with a compelling customer care orientation
•Attention to detail and accuracy
•Effective team player and ability to lead , coach and develop capacities of employees
•Strong computer skills
